Newness Architecture is a leading multidisciplinary design studio based in Jaipur, specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality design. Established in 2017, the studio is helmed by Principal Architects Rajat Upadhyaya and Kaushal Upadhyay, who together lead with a belief in creating spaces that are thoughtful in function, enduring in appeal, and deeply rooted in their environment and purpose.
Guided by the ethos of “delivering inspiring surroundings”, Newness integrates architecture, interiors, and landscape under one collaborative roof-crafting environments that are contextually grounded, visually striking, and intuitively designed.
